The mascot
Meet Flow.
Flow is a bright blue water drop with rubber-hose arms, glove-like hands and boots. Every motivational line in the app comes from Flow, and its mood changes with your day.
- Its eyes follow you. It tracks your cursor or your finger.
- It reacts to touch. Tap twice quickly and it jumps.
- It never scolds. Miss a day and it shrugs and gives a thumbs up.

It reacts to your day.
Tap a situation and Flow changes its mood and moves. The lines are samples.
Tap a situation.
Keeps it short
A sentence or two. No screen clutter.
Doesn't blame
A missed day isn't a lesson, just a shrug.
Doesn't decide for you
When you want to change the plan it makes a suggestion; accepting is up to you.
Privacy moment
It closes its eyes while you type a password.
When you tap the password field on the sign-in screen, Flow covers its eyes with its hands. Tap show, and it peeks through its fingers just a little.
Tap the password field and see what I do.
Flow is ready to work with you.
Download the app and meet over your first measurement.
