Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms are the license agreement between you and the provider of FlowUp. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

FlowUp is provided by Eren Bahadır (sole proprietorship), Kavaklı Mah. Bağlar Cad. C Blok No:12 İç Kapı No:11 Beylikdüzü/İstanbul, Türkiye, [email protected]. These terms apply in addition to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (for the App Store) or the Google Play Terms of Service (for Google Play). If they conflict, the store terms win on store matters and these terms win on everything else. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no duty to provide support or maintenance for FlowUp; Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms for the App Store version.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FlowUp on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or build a competing service from the app or its content, except where the law allows it.

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your device and sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. The information you enter must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

FlowUp, Flow and every number the app shows (calories, macros, body fat, training plans, recovery) are general fitness and nutrition information. Body-fat results are estimates. Flow and the food recognizer are AI features and can be wrong; check portions and suggestions before you rely on them. FlowUp is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or physical therapist. See a professional before you change your diet or start or change training, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. You use the app at your own risk.

FlowUp has a free plan with limits and a paid plan, FlowUp Pro, that unlocks the limits. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription:

  • Plans and price: monthly or yearly. The price in your local currency is shown in the app before you subscribe and in your store receipt.
  • Free trial: new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial if the offer is shown to them. A trial is available once per Apple or Google account. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your store account is charged.
  • Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation (or at the end of the trial). The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • Cancel or manage: in the App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. In Google Play: Play Store, Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your FlowUp account does not cancel the subscription; cancel it in the store. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds: the store handles payments and refunds. Request a refund from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. This does not limit rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
  • Price changes: if the price changes, the store tells you and, where the law requires, asks for your consent before it applies.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get around limits or security, no automated access, no use of a stolen account, no unlawful content, and no use of Flow to produce harmful or abusive material. We may limit or end access for misuse.

The data you enter stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store and process it to run the service, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Food information comes partly from public databases (Open Food Facts, USDA FoodData Central) and may be incomplete or wrong. Check the label of the product you eat.

We may change, suspend or end features, including free features, and update these terms. For significant changes we will update the effective date and, where required, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it; if you do not, stop using it and delete your account.

You may stop using FlowUp at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that by nature should survive (such as liability and governing law) survive termination.

FlowUp is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the app is error free or uninterrupted or that results (such as weight or body-fat change) will be achieved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and the rights of consumers under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts of their place of residence as the law provides. If you live in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country continue to apply.
